Description:
The Children’s Museum of West Hartford is offering Bloomfield families a very special treat: A fieldtrip to the Roaring Brook Nature Center! This fieldtrip is designed for children in Pre-K through Grade 4 (and their siblings).
Using funds from a VOYA Foundation grant, the Museum will provide a bus and take families to their sister property, the Roaring Brook Nature Center, for an afternoon of fun family activities. Lunch will be provided. Space is limited – all children AND adults must register on the BPL Events Calendar.
We will meet at Metacomet Elementary School (185 School Street) between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM; the bus will leave promptly at 10:30 AM and will return families to the Metacomet parking lot around 1:30 PM. If a registered family prefers to use their own transportation, they are welcome to meet us at the Roaring Brook Nature Center for 11:00 AM, or to follow our bus there.
