Aspiring innovators, inventors and entrepreneurs are encouraged to join us for a short course in business start-up essentials. Participants will receive expert guidance, knowledge, and networking opportunities to build, launch or scale their idea,  invention or business concept.<\/p>\n<p>Weekly topics include:<\/p>\n<p>Lean Business Canvas: Turning Concepts Into a Plan  June 4<br \/>Intellectual Property Basics: Protecting Your Idea June 11<br \/>Start-Up Business Financials: Exploring Business Finances June 18 <br \/>Marketing and Branding: Building Your Brand Identity June 25<br \/>Participants can attend one workshop or the series.<\/p>\n<p>Workshop is for ages 16 and up.<\/p>\n<p> Each workshop is  5-7 pm.
